The Company's principal business is sourcing and supplying information in relation to employment opportunities to consumers via permission-based email marketing. We also send targeted marketing/advertising to consumers via our newsletters and websites. We collect and manage information you provide to us and our partners. We also manage opt-in email lists generated by other organisations.

The Company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office with registration number ZA036195 and we can be contacted using the contact details supplied in section 8 below.
1. Information We May Collect
1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:
1.1.1 Information you supply to us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on the Website or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use the Website, subscribe to our service, search for opportunities, enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with the Website. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and phone number, your date of birth, details of your employment history, details of qualifications that you may hold, and CV.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience, and
4.2.3 Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the Website.
4.3 We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
4.3.1 in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

5. Where We Store Your Personal Data
5.2 We may transfer the data that we collect from you from the EEA to the United States of America. Such data transfer has been notified to the Information Commissioner's Office in compliance with the DPA. The Company complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. The Company has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. 5.3 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any sensitive information, such as credit/debit card numbers will be encrypted using secure socket layer technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
5.4 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
